Important disclosures

  1. Requires QuickBooks accounting software 2010 (for the PC) or higher, QuickBooks Enterprise Solutions 10.0, or QuickBooks Online (each sold separately) and a merchant account through QuickBooks Merchant Service, provided by Intuit Payment Solutions. Application approval, an Internet connection on a Windows PC and at least Internet Explorer 6.0 required. Not compatible with QuickBooks Pro for Mac. Application approval will be made by an underwriting team through one of our preferred credit card processors. Additional fees may apply for specific occurrences (including chargeback and/or retrieval fees) and will apply when accepting cards other than Visa, MasterCard and Discover® Network, including American Express and Diners Club Cards.   3. Qualified Rate of 1.66% will be charged on all qualified Visa/MasterCard/Discover® Network transactions that are electronically authorized. Manually keyed Visa/MasterCard/Discover Network transactions that have Address Verification System (AVS) will be charged a Mid-Qualified Rate of 2.28%. All Visa/MasterCard/Discover Network transactions that do not meet the requirements stated above, business cards, foreign cards and transactions that do not meet Visa/MasterCard/Discover Network requirements for the best interchange program will be charged a Non-Qualified Rate of 3.59%. Different discount rates may apply for American Express and JCB cards. Special pricing is available for a limited time only and is valid for ProAdvisors, accountants, and clients of ProAdvisors and accountants only.   5. Credit card companies require merchants to be PCI compliant in order to meet the minimum data security standards designed to protect customer card information. The PCI Compliance fee includes Breach Protection Coverage in an amount of $50,000 ($0 deductible, $0 co-pay) to pay for audits, fines, or other expenses associated with a breach of security. This fee is based on the estimated number of transactions per year, and will be charged annually beginning in the fourth month of service: $35 for 1-24 transactions, $50 for 25-99 transactions, or $100 for 100+ transactions. Different fees may apply to merchants who process in excess of 20,000 transactions per year.
